XS101 first flew on 10th September 1964 and joined the CFS at Little Rissington, moving on to become one of the Red Arrows jets in February 1971. It's final flight as part of 'The Reds' took place at RAF Cranwell on 17th September 1979.

This aircraft has always been an operational and airworthy aircraft since leaving the factory of Manufacture in 1964 as opposed to others that were made up of instructional airframes. XS101 was one of two lead aircraft with the RAF Red Arrows Aerobatic Team and has factory fitted smoke system.

The aircraft is original manufacture except for the addition of a modern 720 channel VHF/VOR/ILS and currently capable of being certified for flights Day VFR only. We have full maintenance facilities and can provide pilot training by ex. military pilots.
